Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone 3-U Development Co.,Ltd., established on April 18th 1993, is mainly responsible for the development of central 3 sq.km area of Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone. Our main services cover infrastructure construction, real estate development and management, import and export cargos storage and distribution, container transportation and dismantlement business; international trade, trade and agent inside free trade zone, boned warehousing and simple commercial processing business inside free trade zone; project investment, newly established enterprises; project contract; providing consulting service enterprises or constitutions home and abroad.
In the past 13 years, 3UDC has got the capital assets of 1 billion RMB, constructed plants and warehouses approximately to 600,000sq.m, repaired 22 km municipal roads. The supplementary facilities covers: 27km rain pipes,17km drainage pipes, 1 water pump station,40 power distribution stations with over 55,000KVA power capacity. The municipal and public virescene covers around 300,000sq.m, which has taken an active effect on Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone to establish first class investment environment.
With 13 years’ efforts, 3UDC has attracted totally 881 projects (370 operational projects, 879,000sq.m land transfer, 588,000sq.m plant lease), and 1.43 billion investment volume. 3UDC and her subsidiary companies have achieved much reputation such as “Shanghai Civil Company”, “Pudong New Area Civil Company”. 3U Park was reputed as “Pudong New Area Civil Park”.3UDC Communist Party Branch was reputed as “the Advanced Communist Party Branch for Enterprise and Labor Commission in Pudong New Area” as well as “No.1 Communist Party Branch in Pudong New Area”. 3UDC labor union was rewarded the most satisfactory labor union in Pudong New Area and Shanghai Model Staff Family during the year from 2004 to 2005.
